What should I wear for my appointments?
Jul 12th 2021Dress comfortably in clothes that allow easy access for the therapist to examine the discomfort/injury/concern. You may bring shorts with you in case you are experiencing lower-body concerns and/or wear a tank-tops in case of upper-body concerns.
Loose-fitting clothes that are comfortable for gentle exercises and supportive sneakers are often good choices to wear.

Jul 12th 2021Once you book your Initial Assessment HERE! You will receive all the necessary information regarding preparation for your appointment. Prior to your initial assessment, you will need to fill out our intake forms. If you require us to bill or contact your insurance company directly, you will need to let us know in the intake form, prior to your appointment, so that we can send you proper insurance related forms and help you fill them out.
