What will payment look like?

We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards and online payments through the Janeapp. It is our policy that payment is made at the time of service. 

If you wish us to bill your insurance company directly, please let us know as you fill out your intake form for Initial Assessment. We will send you the required paperwork and will bill your insurance company on the day of your assessment. In the event that the insurance company shows us an error message, doesn’t accept the direct billing, or has a policy of reimbursing you directly, you will be required to make a payment on your initial visit. In that case your insurance benefits will be determined before your second visit, and you will be informed of the details on that date.
